  RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We believe in our products so much that we offer a 14 day No-Hassle refund policy on any full price, clean, and unused pieces.

RETURNS

If you receive defective or damaged product(s) upon delivery, please send us an email at  support@mistanista.com and provide photo proof within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we’ll send you a replacement one.

REFUNDS

We believe in our products so much that we offer a 14 day No-Hassle refund policy on any full price, clean, and unused pieces.

  • Life & Style must be informed of any returns or refunds, email us at  support@mistanista.com before shipping out your item
  • Merchandise MUST be returned up to 14 days after the package arrives on your doorstep (according to the tracking number) to qualify for a return/refund.
  • Merchandise must be unused and in perfect condition to qualify for return/refund
  • “On Sale” & “Discounted” merchandise cannot be returned or refunded
  • For hygiene reasons, jewelry, health and personal care items cannot be exchanged or returned

 SHIPPING COSTS

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the return amount takes you under the threshold for free postage, the amount will be deducted from your refund as you will no longer be eligible.

  RETURN PROCESS

1. Email  support@mistanista.com to let us know you’d like to return your item(s).

  • Items must be unworn and in the original gift box and packaging.
  • Please provide your order number, and the items you are returning.
  • Please provide tracking number with the shipping service

2. Send your item the return address we provide you in our reply. (Please note we do not cover the shipping cost of returning the item(s) to us). 3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

   COUPON CODES

  • Discount codes must be applied at time of checkout. You must press “Apply” to see the order total update
  • We cannot adjust any prices after the order has been submitted
  • Only one code can be used on a purchase
  • Coupon codes cannot be applied to previous purchases, nor can they be retroactively applied after an order has been placed.
