We Ship WorldwideShipping is available for most countries around the world.

Due to shipping regulations, we’re unable to ship to some countries, which include, but are not limited to the following: Afghanistan, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya, North Korea, Pakistan, Sudan, Syria. We reserve the right to cancel any order that contains a shipping address within a country to which we do not ship.

Please Note:

** UAE Customers – Please make sure you enter your full shipping address which includes your PO Box, so your package is deliverable.**

**Russian  Customers – Due to new policy of Russian customs, please make sure you enter your full name and detail shipping address so your can receive your package sooner.**

Where are your items shipped from?

Orders are shipped from our fulfilment centers in Asia Pacific. (Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, and China). As our items are stored in several fulfilment centers, your order may be shipped in separate packages so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once…they are on the way.

Order processing time is about 2-5 business days before shipments.

Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been placed.

We have a fully automated warehouse, and once processing began, it was too late to cancel or edit your order.

In some cases, processing  may take longer due to various factors (ie; time of year order placed such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, Chinese New Year, Deepavali and other major holidays).

 Taxes , Customs and Import Duties

Mistanista is not responsible and has no control on custom inspections or sudden changes in strict custom. These circumstances may unfortunately delay the shipping time of your order. Any customs, import duties, fees, taxes and any other charges are the customer’s responsibility (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery).

As customs policies vary between countries, please contact your local customs office for further information.


Mistanista are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit. In the rare event that a package is lost, please contact the carrier to resolve any problems you might encounter.  We are not responsible if a package is not deliverable due to missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. Please take great care to enter the correct shipping details when at Checkout. We will attempt to do anything within our power to assist in every situation – we are here to help you. However please understand that if the package has already been shipped that we are often unable to alter the destination address at this stage. Life & Style reserves the right to charge a re-shipment fee.
